Attack of the drones begins: FBI admits using drones for domestic surveillance
The site is outdated, I've gotten away from trying to keep up with the czars and the state of affairs is quickly losing its humor to me but at least it does demonstrate some of us saw it coming long ago having seen the leaders for who they really are...

SOTU and the POTUS, As the Czars Turn
Transcript of the State of the Union address. I thought overall it was a good speech.
I don't agree that we need 80% of the country to have high speed rail, where do people need to go and why invest in getting there fast physically? Commerce doesn't require faster people moving, necessarily. I don't think the return on investment is there.
I hope he is willing to address the medical malpractice component of rising medical costs which will cause pain to his traditional Democratic party trial lawyer base.
I hope he is willing to reward good teachers and drive improvement or drive out bad teachers which will cause pain to his traditional Democratic party teachers union base.
I hope that higher education can be "within reach of every American" because tuition increase trends are as unsustainable as government deficit spending. I agree with others, that higher education tuition will be the next bubble to burst.
We have to be adults and face the fact that our spending is unsustainable. His message of the role of innovation is spot on.

MAJOR CZAR WARS CASUALTY: Climate Czarina Carol Browner OUT!!!
As reported in the Czar Wars last year, Congress was planning to call Carol Browner to testify to her extreme climate agenda and EPA over-reach power grab announced at the Copenhagen Climate summit.
Carol Browner steps down as U.S. energy czar
Climate and energy czar Carol Browner had drawn criticism from business leaders and environmentalists alike. It is not clear whether she will be replaced.

Brown-out on Browner Testimony
Controversial 'energy and environment czar' Carol Browner, a former commissioner of the Socialist International who was appointed to a non-existent position to avoid Senate confirmation testimony, is stepping down from her post.
Rumors that this move is calculated to avoid testifying under oath to a House oversight committee are of course being circulated by people who know precisely what they are talking about.

10:10, "No Pressure" not just wrong, also evil
10/10/10, Welcome to the War.
The International Green Left movement is marking today with the launch of another world-wide climate change activist event entitled 10:10, which is an iniative for everyone to reduce their carbon emissions by 10% every year for ten years. This seems noble enough, until you do the math and realize that to reach these extremists goals by the year 2020 and the outrageous goals of 2050, there will need to be a major worldwide reduction in human population which they regard as the vermin harming Mother Earth. Usually the green left keeps their Eugenics roots well hidden from the public eye, little talk of forced-abortions, sterilization plans and totalitarian execution tactics used by those Chinese Communists they so admire. Today, however, their true colors are pretty much out there in the open with the release of the short film "10:10 No Pressure" originally sponsored by the Sony corporation among other corporate sponsors. Please use discretion when watching, the green left's "humor" is graphic, violent and full of disturbing images.
Welcome to the War, stand by and do nothing, let them use your kids to advance their cause or speak up and oppose this evil, anti-human iniative. Good day.

National Academy of Sciences advances idea of depopulation to curb climate change
On the heels of the "No Pressure" climate change propaganda snuff film, more climate alarmist calls for reducing the world population by 2050, this published Tuesday in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences, the study offers a novel way to quantify how changes in human population influence the buildup of greenhouse gases in the atmosphere. Brian O'Neill, a scientist at the National Center for Atmospheric Research in Boulder, Colo., was the lead author.
Slowing population: Would it curb climate change?
http://latimesblogs.latimes.com/greenspace/2010/10/global-warming-overpopulation-climate-change.html
Excerpt: If global population were to grow by less than a billion by midcentury, instead of by more than 2 billion, as expected, it would be the equivalent of cutting as much as 29% of the emissions reductions needed by 2050 to keep the planet from tipping into a warmer, more dangerous zone. By the end of the century, it could cut fossil fuel pollution by 41%.
July 2009: Tie your tubes and save the planet?
http://latimesblogs.latimes.com/greenspace/2009/07/population-control-global-warming.html
Excerpt: The greenhouse gas impact of an extra child is almost 20 times more significant than the amount any American would save by such practices as driving a fuel-efficient car, recycling or using energy-efficient light bulbs and appliances, according to Paul Murtaugh, an OSU professor of statistics. Under current U.S. consumption patterns, each child ultimately adds about 9,441 metric tons of CO2 to the carbon legacy of an average parent--about 5.7 times a person's lifetime emissions, he calculates.
"Many people are unaware of the power of exponential population growth," Murtaugh said. "Future growth amplifies the consequences of people's reproductive choices, the same way that compound interest amplifies a bank balance."

Nov 2008: Humanity's ever-bigger footprint
http://latimesblogs.latimes.com/greenspace/2008/11/overpopulation.html
Excerpt: "Yet our demands continue to escalate, driven by the relentless growth in human population and in individual consumption," he wrote in the report. "Our global footprint now exceeds the world's capacity to regenerate by about 30 percent. If our demands on the planet continue at the same rate, by the mid-2030s, we will need the equivalent of two planets to maintain our lifestyles."

Asian Carp Czar named and World Bank Green Czars hired, where is Capt America?
On the Czar Wars front, John Goss is now the Asian Carp Czar who I can only assume has been called in to assist the over-matched and out-witted Great Lakes Czar, Cameron Davis, in the battle against fish.
Meanwhile, the World Bank wastes more money "beefing up its climate and alternative energy staff" with the hire of Cal-Berkeley Professor Daniel Kammen as the CTS for renewable energy and energy efficiency (an important position at any bank, no doubt) who joins another high-priced "The Weather Changes" MOA (Master of the Obvious in Administration), Andrew Steer. Steer's job is entitled "special envoy on climate change" which again, is a position to be found on any respectable bank's executive hierarchy. Who's next for climate jobs at the World Bank? And what about non-climate related banking operations? Will Chris Dodd retire from the U.S. Congress and turn up as head of mortgage lending at the World Bank?
Last but not least is coverage of Captain America, spotted in the English countryside. I hope he arrives stateside in time to save the Union.
John Goss becomes Asian carp czar, will guide effort to stop fish from destroying Great Lakes

Excerpts:
WASHINGTON, Sept 9 (Reuters) - The World Bank on Thursday said it has appointed a California professor to lead its efforts to foster growth of alternative energy programs in developing countries.Daniel Kammen, an energy professor at the University of California, Berkeley, will be chief technical specialist for renewable energy and energy efficiency, the bank said.
...
The bank is beefing up its climate and alternative energy staff as it supports action to limit deforestation and offers financing to start projects designed to cut greenhouse gas emissions.
In June, the bank hired the UK national Andrew Steer for the new job of special envoy on climate change. Steer oversees more than $6 billion in projects in the bank's Climate Investment Funds to fight the worst effects of global warming.
